Well-working is based on 5 elements: design, high-end service, well-being, community and offices redesigned for better mobility and concentration.

Starting out in the Accor group with the Novotel brand, where she stayed for 5 years, Clémence will tell us what she learned in this group about management, commercial strategy and marketing. In addition, Clémence will share with us her best practices concerning the commercial side, customer relationships and operational events.

You will discover a young woman who knew how to seize opportunities and use her skills and knowledge to develop her business and always give the best of herself to see the satisfaction in the eyes of her customers.
