And I'm going to explain to you why this interview was outside the usual scope of BookingShake.

ZenChef is an online software just like BookingShake. They provide restaurants with a tool to manage their individual reservations.

But let's go back a bit in the past... The ZenChef adventure (then called 1001 menus) began in 2010 when the smartphone was experiencing its global democratization and the mobile Internet was developing at breakneck speed. Digital technology was becoming a major challenge for businesses and the restaurant sector was no exception.

This is where the 3 founders of ZenChef are visionary and decide to dedicate their talents to serving restaurants to help them in the digital age to have the right tools to respond to these new consumption habits.

10 years later, the covid crisis is hitting us head-on and requires us to be visionary again. And why not do it with the best?

Digital technology is one of the big winners of the crisis and that is why it seemed important to me to offer you an episode like this today.
