I invite you to meet Michael Da Silva Co-founder of Mersea.

Mersea is a street food restaurant concept based on fish and the famous fish and chips. Fish'n chips who managed to enjoy fish for the first time during a trip for one of the co-founders! Led by 3 founders, all Mersea recipes are imagined by the two-star & Breton chef: Olivier Bellin.

And you will understand that taste is one of the pillars of the Mersea team. So much so that everything has been organized around the respect of this taste: central cuisine, from homemade to ketchup, etc.

But you will tell me: what is the relationship with events?

Well at Mersea we are far from being just a group of restaurants,

they welcome groups of course. They are also caterers for events outside of their maturity. They also travel to large-scale events such as the We Love Green Festival and finally he offers their franchise stand for trade shows.

At a time when business agility is key

I did not hesitate for a second to invite Michael on our airwaves!

And then they do all of this without ever making a single compromise on their high quality standard. The Mersea team is also very focused on production processes and hygiene standards since everything is produced in their central kitchen...

Another point that is now essential for the sustainability of its establishment!

Finally, being still in the Covid-19 crisis, Michael will tell us about their confinement that is still current since the restaurants are still closed and their visions on their re-opening.
